Hazardous marine conditions are expected Saturday behind the passage of a cold front featuring strong winds and high seas. A Gale Warning is in effect on the coastal gulf waters out to 60 nm while a Small Craft Advisory for Winds is in effect on the bay.

Dense Fog advisory has been extended until noon for the northern bays/waterways & nearshore waters from Port O'Connor to Port Aransas. Additionally, the advisory has been extended inland & now includes Calhoun & Victoria Counties.

Dense fog advisory has been expanded and then extended until 12PM for much of the area. There has been some improvement in the fog but other areas have seen the fog thicken. Visibility may get down to less than 1/4 of a mile. Drive safe!

Elevated fire weather conditions will affect the entire area today, but especially the Concho Valley. Winds will pick up by late morning, and remain windy through the afternoon hours, combining with warm temperatures and low relative humidity values.

Dense Fog Advisory for parts of Central Texas through 10 AM. Visibilities have dropped to a quarter of a mile. Other areas across the region may see patchy fog and pockets of reduced visibility. Drive with caution this morning!

Areas of fog, dense in patches, will continue this especially west and NW of Houston and also over the bays, coastal waters and coastal land areas. Exercise caution if travelling in these foggy areas. Dense Fog Advisory in Effect for areas on map in gray.

A Marine Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for the Laguna Madre and the nearshore gulf waters extending out 20 nm until 10 am this morning due to visibility of 1 nm or less. Mariners are advised to use running lights, slow down in speed and use fog horns.

Significant flooding continues in some areas of East Texas. Trinity, Neches, and Sabine Rivers all remain elevated, but have crested and are receding. River flooding to continue despite dry weather this week, so be cautious near East Texas Rivers.
