When Harvey hit, service members from Texas and across the country came to our aid. I'll never forget how they helped the communities that were hit. This we honor and thank all of our active duty service members for their commitment to our city and country.

. Director Francis gave a powerful message which she reminded the 2019 Thurgood Marshall School of Law grads that they have the power to transform and change the individuals and world around them. She also inspired the graduates to find their purpose.
