Yep people stuff matters! And rocketshipping can make people turn a blind eye on a lot of the people stuff. Many companies think they’re rocketshipping more than their employees think they are and don’t focus enough on people stuff.

Riding home sounded like a lawnmower 😂 But the rally popping noises from gas exploding in the exhaust were kinda cool

A crazy thing I just realized: My new salary pays a full Slovenian top-of-modus-range software engineer annual salary ... every 3 months 😳 To everyone who said "Don't move to SF, it's too expensive. Stay home" 👇

I thought of you and your post from a few months ago when writing about how an infoproduct business needs to keep pumping out new products

After 9 months of freedom, today I start a new job This is a story of freedom, hustle, side gigs, boundless ambition, a very expensive city and a gnawing question 👉 if I win at this game, was it worth it? Hope you enjoy it ✌️

Build it as an SPA, use Gatsby or Next to deploy as not-an-spa. Best of both worlds.

Worse. Malbolge rewrites a bit of your code semi-randomly after every execution :D Programs in Malbolge are _discovered_ not written 🤣

I wonder how measures cold subscribers. Supposed to be people who don't open your emails right? So I tried sending a broadcast only to non-cold folks. Open rate went from 19.8% to 27.5%. Wonderful! But 27%is just 1785 opens and 19% is 1916. That's 131 fewer 🤨

Agree. So it is beneficial to be a 1st or 2nd generation immigrant. You get the good habits, avoid the hit of immigration, and your parents often aren't poor anymore by the time they have you.
