You're right, it will block you in that case. I'm sorry to give you incorrect advice. Please call our banking team on 13 11 55 and select options 1-1-3-1, they'll be able to reset your access so you can log in after reinstalling the app. - Adrian

We've tested the Suncorp Secure app with Android 10 and it appears to be working normally. Can you please try deleting the app and reinstalling it? If you still have trouble after that please call us on 13 11 55 so we can troubleshoot the problem with you. - Adrian
