Keep up the drum beat: Why did Justice Kennedy retire so abruptly? What role did his son at Deutsche Bank play? Who paid off Brett Kavanaugh’s $92,000 country club fees plus his $200,000 credit card debt plus his $1.2 million mortgage, and purchased themselves a SCOTUS seat?

Justice Kennedy had hired all his clerks for the new term and he suddenly decided to retire. It has been suspicious for some time.

I can’t forget the video of Kennedy’s physical response when the President said something to him, just before they headed into a White House office. Would love to know what comment from the President caused such a reaction. Kennedy was not happy.

Will we ever find out what Trump said to Justice Kennedy as they walked down a hall, when Kennedy did that big double take?

Stay on this issue until you get an answer and then share it with us. I too think that something important was revealed to Kennedy in that little walk.

Can a third, unidentified, party pay down a $1.2 mm mortgage and credit card debt of a SCOTUS (or potential SCOTUS) judge without violating some law? Can a potential SCOTUS judge accept this largesse without violating law?

As we learned - US anti-corruption laws are just conventions, not actual laws. There's only one other country that is more corrupt, in my experience - Russia
