Agree. Bar is low to start. Why interesting? -Developing a set of studies with biomarker data is the first key. -No chemotherapy regimen -Finding the responders is key -Studies are starting to be published...

Fascinating paper on lymph node mets: -Tumor cells in LN have upregulated fatty acid oxidation -YAP activation associated w FAO activation -Bile acid salts high concentration in LN, seem to activate YAP -Blocking YAP or FAO blocks LN mets
