Some satellite images just absolutely takes my breath away! What a spectacular image of the cold front that is due to make landfall Tuesday bringing with it some good rainfall and heavy snow.

It seems next week's cold front will bring heavy snow to the Sutherland area if the forecast hold true. Current weather models are suggesting that areas around Sutherland could see over 20cm of snow!

❄☃️🌨 Models are currently suggesting a major snow event for the country next week Tuesday and Wednesday due to a strong cold front. Some places around Sutherland and the Eastern Cape Drakenberg could see more than 20cm of snow over the period. Still a long range forecast.

We are currently keeping our eyes on some substantial cold fronts on the horizon for the end of the week and into next. We will be making an in depth analysis post either tomorrow or Wednesday depending on what the weather models are forecasting.
