Just updated my crude SteamScout tool, now it can also breakdown reviews by the reviewer's playtime. Also, some performance improvements so that the page loads faster. You can check it out here

I made a simple market research tool to see the number of reviews broken down by language. This way we can compare how games perform on a certain language/region. Here's or pls add something like this to your site.

You could use the store API and look for the “VR Support” category.

Valve has made some changes to API (probably in response to research last week) and it broke Steam Spy. Again :) The fix is live, but it will take some time to repopulate the data. Sorry about that.

. has broken its record for most concurrently online users that was held for two years. Previous record was 18,537,490 users. It's still increasing! But there's about 1 million less players actually in-game (≈5.8mil vs ≈7mil two years ago).

Where do you see that stat? It's incorrect, I thought I removed that. SteamDB has the right data.

And here's account creations charted monthly. What could have caused that jump in the beginning of 2019?

Counting accounts that have last logoff date since last December, there's 107mil active accounts. And only this January (so last 24 days): 86mil. Worth nothing that logoff date is visible even if your profile is private.

Here's how many accounts were created per year. NULL is a private profile. 2026/2027 is 🤷‍♀️

I have scanned all of steamids on Steam (from 0 to 1.1bil) and turns out there's only ≈667.7 million registered accounts. ~500mil to ~830mil range barely has any accounts registered (only like 2.5mil).

The list ends up too long, so I've disabled it :( You can get in several calls through the tags API call.

You can sort any table by price, but an API would be a better choice here too :)

Hi. Yup, just added it recently :) It's available in $10 and $30 tiers (both give access to all graphs).
