Volunteering is a big part of my life, every single day. I’m often asked why I do it if I don’t get paid and this is my response: “I do it for the moments where someone is at their most vulnerable and I leave the room & I know I’ve made their day just that little bit better” :)

“Learn to light a candle in the darkest moments of someone’s life. Be the light that helps others see.”🌙 Helping someone might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person. Start off with something small, and watch the impact blossom!

Throughout lockdown, times were so tough for everyone. During these unknown times, it’s important to remember that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I, along with other members of the Youth Group, created a BSL video to remind people of this important message💙

Well-being is one of the most important topics for me. So many young people are struggling on their own and not everyone has someone they can talk to. This weekend, do something kind for someone. Smile at a stranger, make a cup of tea for someone you live with, SIMPLY BE KIND💚
