We had a men's outing over in Proctor this weekend. Full canoes and kayaks made the voyage across Fontana into the heart of the Smokies and I realized, it's been way too long!

Agreed, A multi day mountaineering course such as the ones required for Denali would ensure folks know how to travel across glaciers, ascend fixed ropes and put crampons on the right feet. Rappelling experience is also nice.

While most other utility companies are incentivizing solar installation, KUB and TVA are creating "a disincentive for individuals to install solar panels" Why do you think they would do that? Thoughts?
