This is our first year using Chambourcin, but we whole cluster press everything and do everything in stainless steel, keeping fermentation cool at about 59F

For the bottle I find racy acidity, with red fruit. The color is much more pale, salmon color.

For the can I get White pepper, Tangerine, Sweet orange fruit, Flowers, Oranges, Slight red fruit underneath. Very perfumey.
