Fire crews have responded to 49 brush fires west of the Cascades. Already. It's not even summer yet, people. C'mon. It can be cold AND dry, you know. Regardless of season, dry grass & brush can catch fire and spread - quickly. Make safe choices if you choose to burn.

TOMORROW - We start work on a project to repair Prevedal Road in Lyman. Expect to see trucks & crews in the area for the next several weeks, 7:30a-4:30p(ish) We need several DRY days in a row to do the work, so if it's rainy or only briefly dry, we likely won't work.
