Dude, all of Syria is in the middle of a decade-long civil war... I cannot envision State Department, the IRS, or Customs approving 1)anything from Syria directly, or 2) getting parts kits into Iraq, Turkey, Jordan, or Lebanon for re-export.

They're really more novelty pieces that are seen as unique with that "cool" factor. Definitely don't see entire platoons and companies armed with these is what I want to get at here.
