Allegations of torture are very serious and should have been taken seriously by the judge and an independent medical should have been granted if Punjab police did nothing wrong. The matter would have been cleared instantly, instead there has been a lengthy delay.

. I don't see why you don't consider 1984 a 'genocide'. 8K+ Sikhs died across the country (as many as the Srebrenica genocide of 1995), and the government was complicit in orchestrating the large scale intentional killings of a minority

. doesn't consider 1984, a genocide? The Congress government at the time was complicit in orchestrating 'Killing members of a group', 'Causing serious bodily harm to members of the group' & 'Deliberately inflicting physical destruction in part of that group'.

According to journalist , a genocide implies that an entire community has been wiped out? That does not fit the definition of a genocide, which states 'in whole OR IN PART'. It's like saying Srebrenica wasn't a genocide because Bosnian Muslims still exist today?

Dear , the Sikh Turban is not a hot new accessory for white models but an article of faith for practising Sikhs. Your models have used Turbans as ‘hats’ whereas practising Sikhs tie them neatly fold-by-fold. Using fake Sikhs/Turbans is worse than selling fake Gucci products
