Comcast does not seem to have customer care/technical team to resolve customer issues! I am facing issues since past 6 months and every time I reach out to support, they start from beginning, no one reads previous chats/cases! I am repeating myself from 6 months!

I have been a Comcast customer from past 2 years, for initial first year, Comcast served me well but the next year has been hell for me with Comcast. They are not even able to provide me with a steady internet! That’s what I am paying them for.

Comcast being worst ISP ever! I am facing frequent internet drops since past 6 months, paying all my bills in time and yet they do not care to serve the issue! Fed up and he’ll frustrated!
