Hi Ashley, You need an allen key #6 for that bolt. To take complete crank arm off you also need a crank extractor, for example TL-FC10. Kind regards, Team Shimano

In addition to our own new Shimano hubs and wheels, DT Swiss, Mavic, Fulcrum, Newmen and Industry Nine are licensed to produce their own Micro Spline freehub bodies. Additional hub brands will be announced in the coming season.

They usually come installed or loose in the shoebox at most models. Otherwise, your local Shimano dealer should be able to order them for you. Relatively cheap spare part and you can get them with or without additional SPD cleats.
