Castillo de Guzmán Oloroso, a relatively new wine produced by the Cooperative Albarizas de Trebujena, in the production zone of the DO Jerez-Xérès-Sherry. A fairly young wine but good price / quality ratio.

Se recomienda una copa de vino blanco estándar con una cáliz relativamente generoso. Olvidate de las copas pequeñas 'clasicas' y aflautadas o el catavinos.
