Merthyr Tydfil Council are also on course to spend their budget by March 31st, having spent 76% of their DHP budget so far 👍 Don't send any back to Westminster!

This article from wrongly suggests that Wales is getting new legislation in March to sue landlords over unfit homes. This is English legislation only. A similar law for Wales will be brought in later this year
