**All systems are back online** Thank you so much for your patience. We worked with Amazon through the night on the issue -- thank you to them. There was no downtime in data/analytics collection, nor most other services. Share API was affected and was

It has been terribly frustrating, but the Amazon team continues to work on it. A key server (which had a hot backup), both failed due to a database bug. Perfect storm. It should be resolved soon. Amazon has been working on it all night.

Amazon team continues to work on it. A key RDS server (which also had a hot backup), both failed due to a MySQL database bug, according to them. Perfect storm. Recovering from a backup to the exact time the failure occurred. This is taking a long time as we replay the logs.
