Ülkenin üç kadim şehrinde halk iradesi ile en az yüzde 53 ile seçilen belediye başkanlarının yetkisi gasp edilmişken şaibeli saraya gidip herşey ülkede normalmiş gibi sırıtmak, şakalaşmak, iyi geldi demek düpedüz zevzekliktir, ahlaksızlıktır, herşeyçokgüzelolacak’a hakarettir.

Press freedom in Turkey.. Zaman was the largest newspaper of the country. Was taken over by the gov’t, brutally. Now its former headquarters to be turned into courthouse. ‘Justice’ will be served in a building that was literally stolen from its owner. The New Turkey in a nutshell

We’re nearing the 2nd anniversary of Osman Kavala’s preposterous jailing. Turkey’s regime is using him to signal it can jail at will ANY CRITIC, no matter how famous or liked. But the regime’s string of recent setbacks has emboldened defenders of rule of law. Protests continue.
