Gökhan Türkmen 9 ay sonra kaçırıldıktan sonra bulundu, “Kaçırıldığım dönemde polis yelekli kişiler kaçırmıştı ve korkunç işkenceye uğradım.” dedi mahkemede dedikten sonra mahkemesine giriş yasaklandı, hiç kimse mahkemeye giremiyor. Hâkim mahkeme girişlerini yasakladı.
