House Democrats offered Republicans NO amendment opportunities. Senate Republicans offered Democrats at least 20.

truly is an absolute disgrace & embarrassment to Illinois & America. I'm sorry that he wouldn't work alongside you to tackle an issue that has bipartisan support across the country. Illinois, and this country, deserve better.

The republicans wanted to debate the Justice Act. Democrats could have debated the things they wanted to put in and make the Act bipartisan. Democrats chose not to because they want all the glory for themselves.
