Deeply troubled by reports that Postmaster General DeJoy may adopt policies leading to higher costs and potential delays for mail-in ballots. My colleagues and I wrote to him asking for answers and a clear commitment to prioritize election-related mail.

The president has publicly admitted to blocking funding to suppress the vote. This is so dangerous. If our parents and grandparents could storm beaches and face billy clubs for our democracy, surely we can fund the Postal Service.

Since day one, the administration has played politics with the census. Now it's trying to cut it short by a month in the middle of a pandemic. We can't allow this to stand. Congress must ensure the census has enough time to conduct an accurate count in CO and across the country.

For months, I've called on this administration to extend federal funding for the Colorado National Guard. This week, my colleagues and I are renewing this call by urging the White House to restore full funding for the National Guard.

The National Guard has been critical to response efforts in Colorado and across the country. It is not the time to be cutting its funding.

I’m joining the entire Senate Democratic Caucus in opposing William Perry Pendley’s nomination to lead the BLM. Coloradans – and Americans – deserve better than a BLM Director who has spent his entire career opposed to the very idea of public lands.

The high incidence of outbreaks at meat processing plants early in the pandemic hurt CO workers & our communities. The govt’s response raises a lot of questions. I'm calling for an investigation into the federal govt's role in the spread of COVID-19 at these facilities.

With each rollback, President Trump betrays the hard work of local leaders in Colorado and across the country, drags us further behind in the urgent fight against climate change, and threatens our children's health and future.

Colorado was the first state to issue methane pollution limits for oil and gas production, setting a standard for innovative, forward-looking policy for the rest of the country.

The Trump Administration is reportedly poised to roll back EPA’s protections against methane pollution, continuing its ideological assault on our health, environment, and economy.

Congratulations to on being awarded the opportunity to launch many of our nation’s most vital space assets – once again demonstrating that the nation’s military space mission has no better home than Colorado.

We all want to go back to the movies. But for that to happen, we have to act now to save our theaters and other hard-hit small business from closing forever. We need to pass the Act.

McConnell had over 2 months to negotiate a deal that would support working families and prevent them from facing severe hardship. Instead, thousands of Coloradans are wondering how they will care for their families as we continue to face this crisis. We need a relief package now.

This is exactly why I proposed the Force to Fight COVID-19 earlier this week. It’s a comprehensive plan I wrote with several colleagues to dramatically scale up our health and social services workforce to support front line workers and meet this challenge.

This is great news for Colorado. EVRAZ North America’s decision to invest in a new steel mill in Pueblo will create jobs in our state—powered by low-cost solar energy that helps keep Colorado competitive.

According to , 1 in 3 Coloradans report being food insecure since the beginning of the pandemic. Nearly 1 in 4 parents report cutting back on food. This is unacceptable. We must increase SNAP benefits so families can get the food they need.

Once again, the intelligence community is warning about foreign actors attempting to influence our elections. Instead of soliciting foreign interference in our elections, the president must do more to stop it.
