What we’re proposing: If you’re a working parent and suddenly have to worry about finding a safe place for your kids to stay during the day, we would provide emergency funding to safely ramp up child care services for heavily impacted parts of the country.

What we're proposing: If you’re disabled or chronically ill, we would provide health care and support services in homes and communities, nutrition assistance, access to medications, caregiver support, and a large increase in Medicaid funding.

What we’re proposing: If you’re a small business owner suddenly facing cash flow problems, we would allow you to apply for low-interest loans and other forms of financial assistance that can offer relief quickly.

No loans. They’re already operating on thin margins and would be doomed with more debt. Full bailout, just like you did for Wall Street.

Why not subsidized wages until the pressure is off. Covering wages of workers off sick or caring for family members, and workers brought in to fill the void. That's what's needed. Not more debt for small businesses.

If small Business owners are given loans, then there should be an expectation that airlines, cruiselines, banks and any other major corporations repay any money given. Only fair!

How does this help my boss keep his doors open so he can continue to pay us when he's not getting money? We cater to the construction industry and rely on Long term projects that have come to a halt in the past two weeks. Then he has to pay it back? Why do we pay taxes?

So the 1% doesn't have to. Socialism.....I mean capitalism. Privatize the gains and socialize the losses.
