Oh I see. I thought it might be about working for a think tank or something. Tbh if I had year 9’s for an interview lesson I wouldn’t know what they knew. And no I don’t think you can assume they read. 🤣 Do you talk in schools about your job?

Your first point is certainly a problem and perhaps optional questions are a way forward. I disagree that teacher grades are a better reflection. The 2020 grade inflation shows that.

Teacher assessments are not fair either. Why replace one form of unfairness for another? And the exams could focus on reduced content.
