These findings point towards the need to develop cross-sector working to help support drug addicts and their families, SNP Ministers must now take forward a new approach to the provision of NHS and third sector rehabilitation and support services.

It’s clear that the SNP have no clue how much it will now cost the taxpayer, whether they can complete the ferries, or what effect state ownership will have on the yard’s ability to secure other contracts. This whole fiasco is a national embarrassment.

Scotland's shipbuilding industry has been brought to the brink of collapse because of the SNP's reckless mismanagement of these ferry contracts. We need an immediate parliamentary inquiry into this matter.

This is a very welcome and important contribution in what needs to be the development of a new national approach to the Scottish drug deaths crisis. Many of the reports findings put forward last year in our Addictions Strategy : Life Plan. 👉

Spent this morning in Bridge of Earn with Cllr Kathleen Baird listening to patient concerns about the future of the local GP services. With the old contract ending on 1st Sep urgent answers are required.

Jeremy Corbyn has shown once and for all that he cannot be trusted to defend Scotland’s decision to remain in the UK. It’s a complete betrayal of all the Labour voters in Scotland who support the Union.

The SNP government’s return on taxpayer investment is pretty woeful. It is obviously important to try and secure a future for struggling businesses but the taxpayer is consistently footing pretty high bills.

First John McDonnell, now Jeremy Corbyn. Both selling thousands of Labour voters committed to Scotland's place in the UK down the river. The will always stand up for the decision Scotland made to remain in the UK.

🚨 Jeremy Corbyn has surrendered on a second independence referendum. 🚨 Both he and John McDonnell are preparing to hand Nicola Sturgeon the referendum she wants in exchange for SNP support for a Labour government.

Life expectancy in Scotland has stalled in part due to the rise in drug deaths. Too many Scots lives are being destroyed by addiction while the SNP continues to pursue its misguided policy.

. candidate in the Shetland by-election, Brydon Goodlad, is the first candidate to sign the ‘Sea of Opportunity’ pledge. It's now time for the SNP and Lib Dem candidates to do the same and show their support for a brighter future for our fishing industry.

I have called on Jeane Freeman to make a statement on the Sick Kids as soon as Parliament returns. Families, NHS staff and Scottish taxpayers want answers as to how the new Sick Kids Hospital has gone so wrong and descended into the fiasco we see today.

It was great to meet the team at in Motherwell earlier. They do such important work tackling mental health in the community.

In addition to this wasted money, the two people who made these complaints have been badly let down by the Scottish Government. This scandal cannot simply be swept under the carpet, and parliament must get to the bottom of exactly what happened.

These alarming statistics demonstrate the terrifying gaps in cancer diagnosis in Scotland today. It is a scandal that under the SNP too few cancer patients are being diagnosed early enough, which will reduce their chance of a good outcome.

It is outrageous that over half a million pounds has been wasted thanks to the botched handling of this investigation. This is taxpayers’ money that will be handed over to Alex Salmond thanks to the appalling way these complaints were dealt with.

Nationalising Ferguson Marine simply raises more questions than answers and offers no certainty at all. It's also pretty clear that Derek Mackay has no idea what the cost to the taxpayer will be.
