Is that an absolute rise in orbit, or is it just decaying slower than expected from atmospheric drag? Wondering if it’ll be able to keep raising indefinitely, or if it’s too low for that and will burn up even with successful sailing.

Ah, explains it: they’re sacrificing perigee to raise apogee, and that’s what will force a deorbit. I wonder if it’d be possible to circularize into a higher orbit, raising perigee by “tacking” into the sun?
