Well that didn’t take long. A woman was issued a $360 ticket under the Cannabis Control (SK) Act early this morning after an member observed her consuming cannabis in a vehicle (as a passenger). Some people must not have believed us when we said that wasn’t legal

Cannabis can be transported in a vehicle ONLY from a legal point of sale to a place it can be legally kept or consumed OR between two places that it can be legally kept or consumed. You cannot just keep it in your vehicle and drive around with it.

The $200 ticket (which doesn't include the Victim Surcharge) is likely in reference to consuming in public. Here are the fines but keep in mind, none of them include the Victim Surcharge, so the ticket will actually be more than what is laid out here:
