How can they do this? CBS, I mean, imagining they can remake Magnum. And replacing Higgins with a SEAL who looks like the Hulk??

Hello, female high school student here. I would just like to say that the emergence of this whole "teenage boys should get a pass because they're not mature enough to understand consent" narrative is probably one of the most unsettling things I have ever witnessed.

Reminder: - Tamir Rice was 12 years old when the Cleveland PD killed him - Trayvon Martin was 17 years old when George Zimmerman killed him - Michael Brown was 18 years old when Ferguson PD killed him Think again if your defense is “Kavanaugh was too young to be judged”.

I am 61. I was raped when I was 17. By a man I knew. I was a virgin. I blamed myself for years. I was ashamed and embarrassed. I told no one for decades. It. Never. Goes. Away.

I want to be sure we're all clear about something that Brett Kavanaugh said in his confirmation hearings last week. He referred to birth-control pills as "abortion-inducing drugs." That set off a lot of alarm bells for me, and it should for you, too.

This comic is over 80 years old and yet you don't have to change a thing about it. It's every bit as relevant today as the day it was drawn.

Me, too. She almost died because medical staff dismissed her post-partum embolism as hysteria. And on the court the greatest athlete of our era gets disrespected. And she reacts with grace.

(2/2) When a woman is emotional, she’s “hysterical” and she’s penalized for it. When a man does the same, he’s “outspoken” & and there are no repercussions. Thank you, , for calling out this double standard. More voices are needed to do the same.
