I think Leeds fans would agree. They know they are nowhere near where they'd like to be. It's the journos who have decided this is like 2015 all over again. Well done for winning the cup and all but the other stuff is nonsense.

They've gone way off the deep end. Leeds are still an average side, miles behind Saints.

A magistrate once spent 7 minutes screaming at me for not standing up when I addressed him, whilst the rest of the Court staff frantically tried to point out my wheelchair. Before anyone says “oh but he didn’t know” the discrimination is that he didn’t consider it a possibility

I'll give Everton another month and if they're still top I'm going to start screaming for null and void like they did last season.

The final peaked at 1.6m viewers and averaged at well over a million for the 3 1/2 hours on BBC1. It was the most watched programme on any channel throughout. Bravo and and rugby league.

Don't tell me it's a coincidence that West Ham go on a winning run when Moyes is quarantined but then go 3-0 down in 15 minutes when he comes back.

Not in RL. We were given that option but also asked to donate. Who would put rich football clubs past doing the same?

Season ticket holders should get the games free. They've paid for them. That's been happening in RL.

I think you underestimate the role it played in the restart. It might have started by now but maybe not in mid June. Either way it is cynical. And what if you'd bought a season ticket and then were asked to stump up another £15? PPV failed in football before, I hope it does now.

One of the reasons football was able to restart was that it was perceived it would do some good for people to be able to watch it on TV. Now they've turned that into a business opportunity. It's the most Tory thing since a tiered system of restrictions.

Who says you're wrong? If the ref calls that from the start I might not question it but to call it for the first time at that stage I thought was bonkers.

Hope everyone takes the same view and they have to think again. One of the reasons they got permission to restart was the perceived good it would do for people to be able to watch. Now they go and monetise it even further. Disgrace.

Yeah. I accept that you don't get consistency from ref to ref and in some circumstances that is not a bad thing, but you expect consistency within the same 80 minutes. He sets the bar when he doesn't pull it up the first time it happens so to then pull it at that stage is poor.

You see it regularly Mike so to see it called there at a time like that is disappointing. Technically correct but so tough on Salford.
