Just because some teachers would rather stay in the classroom than go into administration doesn’t mean they aren’t leaders. Many have amazing talents which can benefit a school by placing them in situations to use those talents. Honor their choice, dedication, & professionalism.

While organizing a basket of papers I came across this artwork that Henry had gifted to me during a party & I realized that I have had the privilege of being invited to over 30 classes this year to host parties! πŸ’– I LOVED each one of them!

"TEACHERS are the key! They unlock the passions, talents, curiosity, & creativity of the students."...connects to part of our conversation today, don't you think? This is the kind of teacher I strive to be...for the kids....because they deserve this & so much more!

Promote creativity! Inspire students to... 1. Do what they love. 2. Never give up. 3. Build in time for play. 4. Creatively embark in their own learning. 5. Tell stories. 6. Be ambitious for the work, not a grade or reward.

Never underestimate the quiet observers in the group. They have a lot more going on in their heads than people give them credit for. Quiet people are often the underdogs who fly under the radar and shock everyone!
