SOSA was out in Tshwane at Tshegofatsong Special School for a Young Athletes Coaches training and workshop. Thank you, Syd Rappaport, from Speed Power Kinetics who helped our coaches with new training skills as well as introducing new Young Athletes equipment to them all.
