Businesses are likely to close again as a result of the covid spikes. We’ve seen this before. Review your goals and determine how you can achieve them as web traffic spikes again. Then take note of the fact that it never went back to “normal” and it never will again.

So many brands focus on the WHAT instead of the WHY. Stop selling WHAT your product is. Sell WHY your product exists. Focus on the reasons someone will brag about buying your product... that’s what you need to sell.
