Incase we haven’t forgotten, COVID is still around. COVID+ and submassive PE. It’s not a hot Inari case but old school is still cool. Unifuse catheters placed. Patient better, RV dilation and hemodynamics improved the next day.

At first glance, this complex renal cyst could be difficult to ablate due to being high on the kidney near lung & spleen. But, with a little positioning & planning, interventional radiology () snuck the needle in between the rib & spleen to cook this to death!

After a decade, the training is over but the learning isn’t. Couldn’t have done it without the mentorship of many and the support of family and friends. Excited to be staying on with as an attending.
