That is impossible to say since it depends on why a flight is cancelled. So it can happen 2 months ahead, 2 weeks, 2 days or 2 hours, it all depends on the circumstances.

Not sure if it is the exact same food, but the serving in Business, Plus and Go will be 2 times (used to be 3 times in Business) and there will be no buffet serving in Business.

Var det resan du bokade den 21 september och sedan bokade av den 22 september? Där har biljetterna återbetalats bara minutrar efter att du bokade av och pengarna bör finnas på ditt konto igen senast på måndag.

Sorry,the long handling time.Our personnel are working hard to refund all entitled for refund.Theyve refunded1.000.000bookings atm and since most has to be done manually, it takes time.Dont know when they get to yours,but they are working hard to get there as fast as possible./JH

If you made your claim in March and haven't received any info yet, please visit our FaceBook page and try DM our Sales Office and they should be able to give you some more information.I cant say when they handle your booking,but they are working hard to get to it. //JH
