Over the weekend, I've been reflecting on the EHRC report, freedom of debate and how we should approach the problem of antisemitism in the Labour Party. These are complex issues that we must be able to discuss in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

For a leftward trend what works for me: Establishing a sensory diet (lowering incidents of disturbing sensory events) Ignore politics (it’s always crap). Replace with learning about a favourite artist Long walks Grow flowers Learn a meditation technique that suits you

Possibly adopt a similar plan to the ME/CFS support regime I am currently using. Keep an activity diary to work out what you can comfortably manage and then halve it to get your baseline that is sustainable. Rest/sleep the rest.

Getting the diagnosis (in my 40s) was the first step to moving out of the red. I began figuring out what accommodations I need after a lifetime of being trained to ignore them. Anticipating & prepping for my needs & recovering from burnout. Loving myself & accepting those needs.
