Hi, do you mean it's not coming up? There's currently no tracking issue, this means we have no record of this item. It'll be because it's not in our care yet, or it's been sent with a Signed For service which is only tracked upon delivery. I hope it arrives soon. ^Luke

Hi, sorry it isn't there yet but 1st/2nd class aren't trackable services so I can't say why (some provide confirmation of delivery only). If it's not arrived 10 working days from when it's due, it'd be considered lost & we'd ask you to claim:
