Lost by 1 point...but I'd still live in this park-filled Sprawlopolis. Such a satisfying puzzle.

The kaleidoscope effect actually used pictures of the tiles I took on my phone.

Yeah, I think I didn't adjust the focus distance before this last render. Good point!

This is the start of a project in my free time to learn more about After Effects. I'm creating credit sequences for games I love. This first one is for Azul. Music by the incomparable .

Food is my primary focus on this trip. So very excited. Got to put my food safety work anxieties at the back of my mind.

Heading to Vietnam tomorrow for 10 days. Could not be more excited to leave this country and the news for a while.

This one has been in the works for a while, as a finalist for the Ion Award and 2nd place in the Korean Board Game design contest. Still looking for a publisher to help develop it.

Temporum is the Game if the Week at work! Good to know that in the future I should buy an outfit that makes me look like a trunk of pirate clothes fell on me while I was cosplaying as vampire Abraham Lincoln.

Surprisingly well. We got 4 player games (with some modifications) in 40 minutes, including rules explanation. Haven't tried the auction variant yet.

I'm designing some games that are 80% finished, but I'm so bad at development that I just want to throw them in the garbage, even though they are ALMOST there. Game designers, how do you get better at developing games?

Which horse matches this story? "Whenever Wilfred's owner feeds him a treat, he wrinkles his nose and sticks it straight up in the air. He's a fluffy horse with a funny personality."

The Game of the Week at work is Hundreds of Horses! Designed by Forrest-Pruzan Creative, HoH is like if Dixit and Say Anything were just about horses.
