I did 24x5 during the week for 12y then 50% for 10. Love em deeply, profoundly and essentially. In 3 years I’ll make sure they have a forwarding address and I’ll at least try to live near an airport ;-)

"Masculine presence isn’t inherently toxic. In fact, as a sex therapist practicing for over 20 years, I have seen that most heterosexual women require some level of masculinity in their partner in order to feel sexually interested and engaged"

When I was a young trader I had fear, but with time, I overcame it, by doing things like setting stops and preparing for what could go wrong. Having experienced this gradual transition, I can now say with vigor that fear is an amazing tool; if you convert it to risk management.

That tweet was off the cuff. I would not write it this way again if at all. That part u mention sounds stupid in retrospect. You are not wrong

Can confirm GERD effect. Lower daily food vol plus less sugar plus, for me, an early close (say 5 pm) of the eating window made 99% of problem disappear. My Saxon skin still needs help but one prob at a time

Cake is cool. Some of the commentary here isn’t so much. The feeling of betrayal is a crusher. Her future, if I can use the experience of my anecdotal self, will likely be better than her past. Plus, I’m a twin and therefore I must be supportive
