If Adrian Yalland misleads the court into believing he has "served" me with his tweet - by not notifying them that his account is protected & I haven't confirmed reading the tweet or the order he refers to Adrian could find himself facing a bill for damages

No, & unfortunately for Mr Yalland the order didn't come through in his direct message as we don't follow each other - thus service wasn't possible via DM I am afraid Mr Yalland has failed to serve me & is putting up 'road blocks' when I offer a solution to serve me
