Hi Maddy, yes this can be recycled in the garden waste skips at the tips. You will need to empty it out of the bin liner unless you use a compostable bag to take it.

All these things frustrate us too! We assure you all recyclable material we collect is recycled! National news & packaging labels aren’t always helpful as there are different schemes across the UK. We try to get info out to residents but will try harder. Thanks for your feedback
