Think there was a more sinister side too, the online Customer Service team openly acknowledged an obvious problem L&Q senior managers & legal team had deliberately avoided even mentioning, so ironically, maybe L&Q blocked its own own staff in case they acted too professionally...

Barratt Homes are destroying people life’s & well-being. Moving to Looe was a dream come true, but soon became tainted by Barratt Homes who did not build the houses to plan or to Building Regs some residents will not live see there homes corrected please come & see us

What is worse is we have some many (landlord controlled) tenant groups and tenants advocating getting involved in other and meaningless housing consultations (eg SGHP released day after this) but NOT on opposing the inflation-busting rent increases!!
