No duplex streams, but you can advertise "session data" to the other party like your Dat URL, or you can send UDP like messages. It gives you access to the streams you use for replicating the current Data archive.

I don't think discovery is going to be a part of Beaker any time soon. The datPeers API is probably the closest we'll get.

This, combined with ArrayBuffer, means you don't need Node's Buffer type to work with raw data like this anymore.
