No one important, but still try to make a difference in my own geeky way. Sometimes I think I succeed & sometimes it’s a miracle I make it through the day.

I hate it when my depression kicks in and it makes me feel utterly exhausted, not just mentally and emotionally, but physically. I was supposed to go out tonight but all I'm capable of doing is curling up in a ball right now. It's so frustrating.

Watching the first all female (astronauts Christina Koch and Jessica Meir!) space walk right now, and it is sooo cool!!

Started out feeling like crap today so was curled up on the couch for hours. Luckily Mithril kept me company & once I felt a little better I managed to get in 30 min on the elliptical. I'm down 6lbs, which isn't much, but at least I'm headed in the right directon.

Which means I absolutely admire Ben for doing what he did, as I have all the other competitors who study, push, and put their heart and soul into this game, even when it probably isn't in their best interests to do so! The SD gets into your mind/heart in a lot of surprising ways.

People often have short term memories🤷‍♀️Many players have played under less than ideal circumstances and many players have given everything they had (and then some) to play this game. I respect and acknowledge them all whenever I can, especially since I've been there.

I can't say any one actor stole the movie because the entire cast was just so spot on! I will say that Archie (that little boy in the photo) stole the Q&A, though! 😂

I absolutely adored ! balances humor, pathos, thoughtfulness & criticism in ways that no other filmmaker can. I went in knowing very little and laughed & cried in equal measure during the film - I’m just so happy talent like his exists in the industry!

It's and my most fervent wish is that we finally, as a society, let go of the stigma attached to mental illness and depression. We need to take care of one another as much as we need to take care of ourselves.

Ugh - I'm late! But it's not too late for you to listen to and I totally geek out over ! There is so much potential for future TV series and movies so we dive right in! Who is YOUR favorite Fire and Blood character? It's Corlys Velaryon all the way for me!

I have yet to try it! But I may have had boxed wine in the past (when desperate...& it's not always that bad!), so something tells me I'll get around to a canned variety at some point. Maybe for out next couple's night, Reilly? Do u think our signiifcant others would forgive us??

If I was going personal favs, then Voyage Home is my #1 (but I acknowledge that Wrath of Khan is the better movie). And while I didn't really like The Undiscovered Country as a kid, I love it as an adult! But the bottom of the barrel is The Final Frontier for me, no question 😡

I went to a fancy dress (1920s style) screening & the crowd cheered when the opening credits rolled (for pretty much every actor/actress) & then went wild when the title appeared. The Dowager Countess and Mosley got lots of laughs throughout the film. I loved every second of it!

It's funny you say that bc we just rewatched Superman & were talking about how little credit he gets as a director. There are some absolutely stunning shots in that film that really showcase the world in which Clark lives vs the one where Superman does that I never noticed before

Yeah, I wish they had stuck with Bayona...I don't think it was his fault the last one's screenplay was so bad...and at least he has a sense of filmmaking style, whereas I don't feel like Trevarrow does (yet...). Still cautiously optimistic, though...very cautiously...lol.
