No I have spoken to collections and the account has not been fully closed but last time I rang billing the call was around 1 hour so we are reluctant to ring again

Re order 219917555, ordered a bed for my daughters birthday and really frustrating that 2 parts were wrong so had to take another day off work the next day to wait for correct parts, lady on phone was very helpful but should have been quality checked initially
