Purchased new auto and home policy more than 3 weeks ago, still haven’t received original policy documents or pink slip despite followed up through broker multiple times. Needs them ASAP since can’t drive with temporary slip much longer.

Such an untrustworthy air line. They lost my child’s stroller 3 weeks ago and despite calling/messaging multiple times, NO ONE has responded with an answer. If you can’t locate it, then tell me we lost it. Be honest.

Yesterday been on hold for more than 6 hours and finally spent 2 hrs with live agent and ended up being offered $60/month more expensive coverage than last period. Result of being a loyal customer for 6 years. 👋👋 TD

been on hold for nearly 2 hrs twice with no success. Call got disconnected on both occasions. I can understand your wait times, but TD has to value their customers time as well. 4 hrs on hold 😡

Its been 14 days since I have been running behind AirIndia for my child’s stroller that Air India lost on our trip to Vancouver. I was promised multiple times I will be contacted soon, but nothing happened. Is this a good customer service?
