Asked by RFE/RL's Kazakh Service whether the removal of an NPR journalist from his pool came in retaliation to his confrontational interview with NPR journalist Mary Louise Kelly, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo denied that the interview was confrontational (2): pic.twitter.com/V799GE4nCG

Seriously though: this is completely unacceptable. We should be both terrified and outraged. Mary Louise-Kelly is a stellar, A1 reporter. Her voice tells you everything about her - that’s she’s smart, professional, utterly unbiased...despicable behavior. Shame, sir. SHAME.
