I would also say - she really did go above and beyond to help hundreds of across the country (and in Rep. Ireland!), she pulled together a really incredible project with so many talented clinicians sharing their knowledge, + made lockdown much more bearable!

For us its , we knew she was a champion before Covid and now we are even more sure! She has gone above and beyond to keep her team running through redeployment, IT disasters, switching to virtual over night and even had time to dress up occasionally to keep up morale!
