Keen also to understand concerns. They are different routes to the same place. The only difference in practice is CESR not accepted for registration in Europe but CCT is. Not aware of issues in psychiatry but keen to hear what worries and experiences are.

Would be helpful to understand the problem. CESR CP is for those who have been in non approved posts or joined late so didn't complete full programme. In both cases, doctor goes onto specialist register. If three are issues with psych, please let us know do we can explore further

Somehow we need to widen our reach. lots of SAS docs with no links to . We have vacancies. Perhaps something for next meeting? Div reps need to try to get contact with local SAS. other suggestions? I cannot make it so could you mention it?

Thanks was talking to two IMGs yesterday who struggled to settle in at first. They agreed a mentor would have be helpful but it wasn't suggested. Need to get robust and consistent support strategies and address attitudes.
