Hi there. We want to be sure you can set up a mobile data account on your iPad. We can help! Are you using a SIM card from the carrier or an Apple SIM card?

Could you please tell us which SIM you are using? (Apple SIM or GigSky SIM). Also, please send us a SS of your APN settings and make sure your Data roaming is ON! Thanks :D

I’m using built in SIM on iPad Pro 10.5. So, I guess it’s Apple sim. Not sure what SS is, but my APN set to from google. But it used to work in this configuration. Thanks!

Here is the problem I was talking about. It works when connected to WiFi only, but I’m pretty sure it used to work without it on iOS 11.
