If you can't get any different pressure with it, it's most likely a hardware issue. Take it into an apple store and try it on a test iPad, and try a test pencil on your pad. If you pencil doesn't work still but a test pencil does, you'll know it's the pencil :) 2/2

Hey Otis! This doesn’t sound like a Procreate issue, but we’ll try to help - unplug the pencil, take the nib off and clean it and the pencil/change the nib, & reboot the iPad. Go back to Procreate, open a new canvas, select Nikko Rull, and try to get different pressures. 1/2

Not at this stage - we will continue to focus on Procreate as a raster program 😊

In regards to the PNG file, would you be able to email it to support@procreate.art? We can take a look and see what's going on. Can you also confirm the model of iPad you’re using, and the exact versions of Procreate and iOS you’re running?

This is an interesting idea. If you'd like to see this in Procreate, you can suggest it on the Ideas & Suggestions board. Any suggestion that gains enough user support, is something we'll consider for a future update. 😊

Hi Adrianna - open the Gesture Controls in the Prefs tab of the Actions menu, tap the Assisted Drawing tab, and make sure the switches are off for Touch and Apple Pencil. Does this resolve the issue?

We would recommend using Apple's Drag and Drop feature. If you send us a DM, we can send you the detailed instructions on how to do this. 😊

Hey there! Sorry to hear you're having issues. You can turn on Classic Taper to reset brushes to how the behaved in 4.1, or reinstall the 4.1 brushes from the resources board at 😊

You can use any iPad which has iOS11.1 or higher with Procreate, not just an iPad Pro.

The competition is celebrating QuickShape, so unfortunately you do need to use an iPad with Procreate 4.2 to enter.

Lots of people have that iPad already - not many people have the new Pro or HomePod.
